I have finally finished Shore of the Turquoise Sea. This took me about 2500 hours over 22 months.

It looks really, really good. Thank you so much for doing the pattern. I have shown the framed piece to small stitch groups
and some friends. The overall reaction was that no one noticed. They all thought it was an oil painting and paid
no attention to it. I had to tell them to look more closely. And that, I think, when the stitching is invisible
three feet away, makes this a killer piece.

I am now working on the Cataleya Orchid and Three Hummingbirds. This one looks like about three years.
